Job Description

About the job We are looking for an experienced maintenance manager with a strong technical knowledge and leadership skills.Responsibilities:

  • Grow an existing team and build their skill sets
  • Track and manage KPIs of teams and individuals
  • Assess team members periodically and take appropriate action
  • Manage inventory and forecast future material needs
  • Approach suppliers, get quotation and buy materials
  • Conduct pricing analysis on services and materials
  • Build and train a team for VRV/VRF systems (must have strong knowledge of VRF systems)
  • Able to recruit technicians for AC, Electrical, Appliances and Plumbing.
