Job Description

The company is looking for an experienced maintenance manager with strong technical knowledge and leadership skills.The job role includes:

  • ?????Grow existing team and build their skill sets
  • ?????Track and manage KPIs of teams and individuals
  • ????Track inventory and forecast future material needs
  • ?????Assess team members periodically and take appropriate action
  • ????Approach suppliers and close deals with them
  • ????Conduct pricing analysis on services and materials
  • ????Build and train a team for VRV/VRF systems (must have strong knowledge of VRF systems)
  • Able to recruit staff for electrical, appliances and plumbing.
