Maintenance EngineerQualifications:•Mechanical engineer from a reputable institution with 10-15 years; experience in the Oil and Gas Industry.• Petrochemical industry is preferred•Experience to include advanced trouble shooting, identifying and resolving chronic issues•Perform Reliability Engineering analysis, including but not limited to RCA, FMEA, RCM, MTBF/M, WEIBULL, PLA, RCI, Bad Actor, etc•Develop equipment reliability strategies with failure mode, failure definition, spare part identification, CBM/PM requirements, etc.•Experience in overhaul of the rotating equipment•Knowledge of SAP and other Asset Performance tools like RCM, FMEA. Experience in Meridium will be an added advantage.•Root Cause Analysis Spare parts identification and optimization.•Providing hands-on training to young engineer•Strength in oral and written communications.📍 Location : Kuwait
