Performing all types of day to day machining jobs which involve operating various types of machines i.e. CNC operated lathe m/c, milling m/c, grinding m/c and drilling m/c etc.Performing all types of machining jobs and helping mechanical technician in assembling jobs, making sure that the dimensions of machined parts are as per drawings.Responsible for spares planning, maintenance, repairs, overhauls of all work shop equipment like Lathe m/c, milling m/c, grinding m/c and drilling m/c.Supporting the mechanical technician in the execution of corrective action (during break downs and planned maintenance down days) to bring back the equipment to normal working condition.Implementing the instructions from the management.Coordinating with other technicians and working as a team.Proper maintenance of equipment / facilities of the workshop and carrying out repair works and keeping spares ready.Studying the spares drawings, planning material requirement, tools requirement for the machining jobsResponsible to have proper housekeeping, cleaning of equipment, tools, work areas. Cleaning of equipment areas after any machining / servicing jobs.Following rules & regulations of the Company, such as company annual leave, medical leave, working hours, shift schedule, off days and safety instructions and also the rules specified by the Authority / Ministry.Performs other tasks and duties that maybe assigned by his superior.?
