Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for administrating end to end LTE network solution involving Ericsson and other supporting systems
  • Customer Issue handling
  • Software Update Management (SUM) handling of all LTE RAN network elements
  • Preventive & Corrective Maintenance including planned Maintenance (Health Checks, Backups etc.)
  • Performance Analysis & Investigation
  • Ensure smooth and quality system/service handover from Project
  • Troubleshooting/Fault finding/RCA in configuration/hardware/software
  • Create and maintain design documents (LLD and HLD)
