Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Low Voltage Technician to join our maintenance and support team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of low voltage systems, including CCTV, access control, intercoms, motion sensors, and security systems. The role also includes support for both hardware and software components across multiple security platforms.Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform installation, inspection, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting for a wide range of low voltage systems.
  • Support maintenance of hardware and software related to security systems and infrastructure.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot security system servers and workstations.
  • Conduct routine checks and emergency repairs for:
  • CCTV systems
  • Access control systems
  • Intrusion detection systems
  • PIR motion sensors
  • Gate barriers and turnstiles
  • CCSMS systems
  • Intercom systems
  • Respond to service requests and ensure prompt resolution with minimal downtime.
  • Maintain documentation of service and repair activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies and standards.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in low voltage systems or electronic security systems.
  • Strong background in both hardware and software maintenance.
  • Experience working with security systems in commercial or government settings.
  • Valid Kuwait driving license.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours.
  • Diploma or technical certification in Electrical, Electronics, or IT (preferred).
