Manage and develop all shipment procedures implementation in proper direction and ensure of timely arrival as per scheduling and ordering demands.
Make sure of receiving vehicles in a good conditions, allocating in organized and utilized stockyard areas, take corrective actions in such cases of delaying or accidents to control any extra expenses.
Manage the stock maintenance cost in terms of mechanical maintenance, tires changes, parts changes and control all related operational as profitability growth contribution.
Utilize all logistics employees effectively to enhance their productively to achieve the work requirements in professional manners.
Prepare all reports required related to management or business.
Ensure all logistics operations adhere to Kuwait laws and principals? guidelines/requirements.
Research ideal parking techniques, routing, and carriers to save cost, efforts and ensure no damages.
Plan and monitor routes for inbound (from ports to the stockyards) and outgoing deliveries (from stockyards to showrooms, delivery, service, . . .etc).
Ensure drivers and carriers are readily available for trips and comfortable with an ever-shifting work schedule

Logical and systematic approach to work
Education:
University degree, Bachelor?s Degree in Business Administration.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in similar position in motors field.
