From transport and trading origins to a diversified logistics and engineering service provider, CTS continues to play a key role in Kuwait’s infrastructure and cargo transportation sector.We are currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our operations team at the Port of Shuaiba, US Army Operation.Job Role: Logistics CoordinatorLocation: On-site – Port of Shuaiba, KuwaitEmployment Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities• Prepare daily and weekly logistics operation reports• Generate reports requested by customers and provide timely updates• Prepare and verify documentation for cargo movements• Maintain professional communication with customers and carriers• Plan and coordinate cargo delivery schedules• Monitor and manage cargo movements with accuracy• Maintain yard inventory records and update databases• Keep organized logs and documentation of all operations• Identify and resolve cargo-related discrepancies• Attend cargo loading operations to ensure accuracy• Oversee cargo yard activities ensuring safety and efficiency• Analyse logistics data to support decision-making• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standardsQualifications• University Graduate• Experience in logistics is an advantage• Proficient in MS Office applications• Strong communication & interpersonal skills• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability• Well organised with attention to detail
