Logistics CoordinatorJob Location : KuwaitJob Responsibilities :•Handle queries and operational orders between offices, delivery agents and customers•Handle invoices and maintain delivery management till completion.•Ensure delivery processes are being adhered to and ensure systems are kept up to date.•Creation of shipment orders•Handle and monitor the monthly reports and dashboard.•Develop and maintain good relationships with stores & customers to increase revenues.•Statistical understanding and reporting of deliveries, returns and NPS.Candidate Requirements :•Proficiency with computer programs such as Microsoft Office, SAP, and LMD•Strong ability to present ideas, concepts and workflows in a clear and engaging manner•Fluency in spoken and written English; Arabic is a plus•Self-confidence and forceful in dealing with drivers and customers.
