Job Description

1.’’’Coordinates the interface between logistics functions such as procurement, transportation, and warehousing to ensure efficient, timely, and cost effective process.2.’’’Track shipments from issuance of Purchase Order to delivery to final destination.3.’’’Arrange shipping of RIC products to Clients, creating associated documentation, commercial invoices, logistics & shipment documents; including but not limited to return vouchers,’invoices, and C&F shipments.4.’’’Communicating with various suppliers to manage export/import shipping arrangements and other domestic cargo movements relating to supply of all the manufacturing materials and other inventory items.5.’’’Prepare and follow-up customs clearance documents and clearance invoices submission to Finance.6.’’’Track and monitor priority requests, verify B/L, Commercial Invoice, Chamberized Certificate of Origin with Legalization from Kuwait Embassy and ’packing lists and other documentation involving materials received from suppliers.7.’’’Prepare purchase requests and material orders with coordination with production planning and control unit, follow up with purchase department for requests progress.8.’’’Prepare Comparison sheets,’Purchase Order in Oracle,’Prepare LC?s and Make ’advance payment requests, Follow up with Bank for LC openings and Document collection, Prepare insurance list for the Foreign orders and submit to Administration for making insure the materials.9.’’’Coordinate and follow up with third party inspection bodies such as BVQI, TUV for inspection and issuance of COC.10.’Maintains administrative workflow by studying methods; implementing cost reductions; developing reporting procedures.11.’Provide assistant for Production employees in compliance with RIC policies & procedures, communicate new policies & procedures and provide feedback for HR department.

  • 12.’Manage the workflow of HR related tasks (Leaves, certificates, Timesheets, Overtime...Etc) collect the required approvals and provide assistant for production employees with HR forms.
