Job Description

Job Purpose:Logistics & expediting coordinator to manage all aspects of logistics throughout our corporate solutions and managed IT services. Providing quotes, pick-up, tracking and delivery of freight that proves beneficial to customers and company. using them to the maximum efficiency by monitoring freight movement, and all other aspects of dispatching.Accountabilities:

  • Communicate with principal suppliers on special bids and building relationships with local suppliers for purchase of computer peripherals.
  • Ordering materials, ensuring of packaging, and purchases within specifications, budget and˙facilitate effective cargo tracking.
  • Sending all pick-up slips to release the materials from store for delivery.
  • Maintaining complete inventory and stock control using ERP solutions.
  • Resolve shipment and inventory issues.
  • Handling all logistic operations and Optimize procedures with logistics IT.
  • Checking cost worksheets, preparing international and local purchase orders, tracking shipment, consignment backlog and transit reports.
  • Create all sales orders on ERP system.
  • dispatch schedules, quality standards and customer service.
