Details:Export

Package and fulfill all orders for retail and distribution through Shopify and Fedex system.
Keep track of daily export packages through Excel and record count.
Record packages exported with FedEx from weight to dimensions of package.
Daily tracking on FedEx for export orders and coordinating with FedEx with any export issue.
Coordinate with the drivers for pickups, exchanges and returns.
Ensure exchange and return items are in saleable condition and report refund to Payment Manager.

Import

Arrange import documents with suppliers and package pick ups through shipping forwarders and suppliers.
Keep a record of orders (Package weight, dimensions, payments) on excel.
Receive merchandise and count it physically and electronically in order to ensure accuracy of information.
Inspect the quality of the received products looking for damaged or wrong items and report to Shop Manager.
Transferring the supply onto the website inventory and warehouse.
Daily tracking on all import orders.

Warehouse

Replenish stock, organize and arrange merchandise according to set standards.
Keep track of inventory and bring to notice when an item is almost sold out.
Classify and store items in the warehouse on a daily basis as per procedure in order to ensure timely finding and release of products.
When requested, participate in the inventory of products and report inventory status.
Report any suspected theft or loss.
Coordinate the cleansing of the warehouse with the designated cleaning agents.
Ensure physical inventory corresponds to Shopfiy?s online inventory.?
