Responsible for running the day to day catering operations and services in mess hall, canteens and pantries
Responsible for monitoring the quality of the food and services
Responsible for achieving good quality of food and maintaining high standards of hygiene and customer satisfaction
Ensures that health and safety regulations are strictly observed, recorded and archived
Monitor the quality of the product and service provided
Assume overall responsibility over the contractor services in addition to his normal duties and must be authorized to take decisions and take his normal duties and must be authorized to take decisions and take actions on behalf of contractor for any matter related to the whole services.
Monitor all the activities in the work site and record and report any malicious acts recorded in the CCTV.
Conducts and participate in any presentation addressd by EHS such as SSDD (Safety Stand Down Day), and participate in CHESM (Contractor, Health, Environment, and safety management) program.
Carryout other related duties as instructed by the Superintendent.
