Job Description

We are looking for a Learning & Development Officer to join our team in Kuwait. As a Learning & Development Officer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. You will work closely with department heads and HR managers to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
  2. Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and seminars on various topics.
  3. Create training materials, including presentations, handouts, and e-learning modules.
  4. Coordinate with external training providers to deliver specialized training programs.
  5. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback surveys and assessments.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
  3. Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
  4. Strong understanding of adult learning principles.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and levels of employees.
