Kuwaiti Citizen: Public Relations & Press Officer - Real Estate

Job Description

Reporting directly to the Real Estate Union, the main responsibility includes and not limited to enhancing the professional image for the Real Estate Union through a guided strategy. In-charge of implementing public relations plans within the set time frame and seeking prosperous initiatives for the Real Estate Market in Kuwait.Capabilities Required:

• Develop and implement PR campaigns, action plans and media relations strategies.
• Liaise and network with internal/external clients and media agencies through the effective participation in events, conferences, seminars, gatherings, exhibitions, etc. to ensure achieving Public Relations objectives within the given timelines.
• Conduct public relations events / campaigns and announce availability of services by the utilization of different media channels (TV, Social Media, magazines, newspapers) and review the same to ensure its effectiveness.
• ?Edit and update corporate external/internal material and publications (prints, video, animations, social media posts ? etc) for any press releases or announcements.
• Provide input in organizing special events, such as press conferences, open days, exhibitions, and sponsorships events.
• Administer all media related activities such as Press Releases, Multimedia and Contact information.
• Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships with relevant associations and communities? organizations.
• ?Build and maintain relations with other organizations and media outlets (locally and regionally).
• ?Handle inquiries from the media and other parties.
• ?Track media coverage and follow communication trends.
• ?Prepare and submit public relations reports.
• ?Handle internal communication.
• Provides a platform for you to use your experience to deliver our business objectives forward for the Real Estate Market in Kuwait.
• Seek and develop strong relationships within the Real Estate domain.
• ?Coordinates with all contributors and distributors (Advertising and Media Agencies) to ensure timely execution and delivery
• Create advertising related projects, such as Media Plans when required
• Ensuring the formal media platform related to the union is up-to-date with all relevant Investor reports, related News, and Financial highlights as well as current rates of products and services
• ?Organize and participates in all Advertising and PR Events, including but not limited to: Launches, Exhibitions, and the Annual General Assembly etc.
• ?Ensures all submissions and subsequent translations for the Annual Report material are on schedule and follows up with all parties involved until final printing and delivery.
• Identify market requirements for current and future services by Initiating studies to understand the Real Estate industry within the market.
• Present the advertising campaigns including creative concepts and executions, media plan and budget information to the Union President.
• Maintain a database of preferred agencies / event organizers (advertising, promotions, etc?) and build strong relations with such agencies to support in the marketing needs.
