Job Description

The Key Account Salesman plays a crucial role in the Food & Beverage Production industry, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.   1. Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional strategies tailored to key accounts.

  7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  8. Participate in trade shows and industry events to network and promote the company?s products.
  9. Negotiate contracts and agreements with key accounts to maximize profitability.
  10. Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance team performance.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Proven track record in sales, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  6. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  7. Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer service.
  8. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
  9. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  10. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
