Job Description

The Key Account Executive plays a crucial role in the Food & Beverage Production industry by managing and nurturing relationships with key clients. This position is essential for driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management and a passion for the food and beverage sector. They will be responsible for developing strategic plans to meet client needs and achieve company objectives.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction.
  2. Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursue them effectively.
  3. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing products and services.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
  6. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
  7. Provide regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and market insights to management.
  8. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any concerns.
  9. Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote the company and its offerings.
  10. Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Proven track record in account management or sales.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  6. Knowledge of the food and beverage industry is a plus.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  8. Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  9. Willingness to travel as required for client meetings.
  10. Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and market trends.
