Work with business department to understand key drivers of business, develop business plans and critically review actual performance with business owners.Task and Duties:* Work with Head of Treasury to develop strategy to optimize the capital structure through evaluation of financing mix between debt and equity.* Understand the drivers, key processes, revenue and cost streams and future plans for each functional area of the business and assist department in developing medium and long=term financial plans.* Plan, coordinates and directs the activities of assigned personnel in the section. Performs supervisory duties and exercise financial authority at the level established by management of the position.* Carries out similar or related duties.Requirement:* 12 years? experience in management accounting, budgeting and financial modeling/ analysis experience.* Bachelor?s degree in accounting/ engineering/ economics.Skills:* Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English* Excellent spread sheet and data modelling skills to build business plan models.
