Performs a variety of general clerical duties for the section along with the officers, such as filing, typing, photocopying, etc.Tasks and Duties :a. Receives different types of reports/feedback submitted by Flight Crew members i.e., Catering, Engineering, Traffic, Suggestions etc. and co-ordinates with the Manager & Specialists to action the same. a. Liaise with the Manager & Specialists to provide necessary information, forms, etc. for the flights. b. Liaise with the Manager & Specialists to type circulars, memos and amendments related to various subjects for cabin crew members. c. Operate flights as Flight Leader or normal Flight Crew member, as required and to submit feedback/information on the flight. d. Assist Specialists in monitoring and follow-up of various supervisory reports, i.e. QSP (Quality Standard Program), Route Checks, etc. e. Assist Officers to maintain proper filing or reports, letters, documents, circulars, etc. f. Performs any additional duties as assigned by Manager.Requirement:a. Diploma degree in Business Administration or equivalent. b. 6 years general experience as cabin attendant . 2 years flight leader. Or Knowledge 6 years experience in Quality control in Operational Departments.Skills:* Bilingual typing, familiar with English and Arabic word processor and desk-top publishing software and key board skills.* Excellent command on English language, spoken and written
