They are currently seeking a Junior Sous Chef with experience in international cuisine.Role DescriptionThis full-time, on-site position is for a Junior Sous Chef. In this role, you will oversee daily kitchen operations and food preparation, working closely with the Culinary Head and team to deliver high-quality dishes to guests. Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.Qualifications- Proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations- Knowledge of various international cuisines and flavors- Expertise in pastries and bakeries- Ability to create and follow recipes and instructions- Excellent time management and organizational skills- Strong communication and teamwork abilities- Attention to detail and high standards for food quality- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Prior experience in a professional kitchen or culinary training- Ability to adapt and learn new techniques and recipes- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation- A degree or certification in Culinary Arts or a related field is a plus.- Localy avialable and ready to join with a valid 18 visa artical regukar only can apply
