Position: Junior Architect.• Will work as office/site architect wherever needs urgent assistance with below task:• Design and build scope: Meeting prospective & or existing clients to determine objectives and requirements – from concept to final design to BOM/BOQ/Specs, to facilitate construction, to project turn over/closed out.• Contracting – Tender stage: Be present at site visit(s), analyze tender docs and provide output (e.i. preparation of RFIs, study specs, RFQs etc.).• Contracting – Project on hand:1. To ensure shop drawings are prepared in a right manner, as per standards and schedule.2. The approved design, shop drawings, specs are being executed in actual construction – QA/QC the project.3. Ensure smooth client/consultant/PM/subcon coordination design wise.4. Monitor/evaluate the progress/status of the project(s).5. Assist PM/CM of the projects.• Support/assist procurement, tendering and QS team as needed.• Prepare presentation and or design of various type – POG (inhouse: office development) or client requirement. Experience working on Software like Autocad, 3D, and Revit.
