The core purpose of the job is to provide support to Users by installing, maintaining and troubleshooting problems in Computer, Software, Networking, Printers, Scanner, IP Phone, CCTV etc.Duties & responsibilities include but not limited-????Install and maintain computer equipment and peripherals at various sites (Onsite & Remote)-????Installing & Troubleshooting Windows, Microsoft Office, Antivirus?& Other applications-????Installing, Maintaining IT Networks. (LAN, Wireless AP, Wireless P2P)-????Installing, Configuring & Maintaining Printers, Scanners (Heavy duty MFPs)-????Installing, Maintaining IP Telephone system.-????Maintaining Video Conference system-????Maintaining Security Access system-????Maintaining CCTV Monitoring system.-????To maintain and label the stock of computers, peripherals and Asset management.-????To maintain a record of computer related hardware issues and service rendered.-????Maintaining User backups.-????Software support.
