Job Description

  • Monitor Kuwait Airways systems including network , systems and backup and escalating to the concerned teams
  • Manage information technology and computer systems.
  • Build a well-qualified and suitable IT team to enhance the performance output of the company.
  • Decide appropriate IT strategies after evaluating the current company requirements.
  • Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures.
  • Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
  • Act as point of escalation for key stakeholders and resolve issues. Follow up on complaints or inquiries from key stakeholders.
