Job Description

Providing support and maintain the computer systems and networks of the company.Responsible for installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults and solving technical and applications problems, either over the phone or in person.??

  • Providing Desktop/Laptop support for all users.
  • Providing support for POS, receipt thermal printer and cash drawer
  • Sound knowledge in office 365
  • Maintaining and troubleshooting of printers and scanners
  • Troubleshooting Hardware and Network related issues
  • sound knowledge of Wireless routers and WAP and IP phones
  • Maintaining CCTV cameras and biometric machines
  • Manage and organize support tickets coming through email, phone or by person on daily basis promptly and effectively.
  • Providing Support to end users for ERP applications?
