Job Summary :The jobholder is responsible to make sure any project/feature to go live is well tested (manual & automation where possible) to meet the business requirements and add value to business. Should be willing to take responsibility for the projects to deliver the quality output.?Define and execute the testing and QA processes.?Draft quality assurance policies and procedures.?To be able to automate, sanity, regression and load tests on web and mobile applications where possible.?Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.?Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.?Write, document and execute manual test plans and related test cases.?Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.?Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.?Preparing, prioritizing the testcases for sprint & release validation and review the testcases prepared by fellow team members
