Responsible for completing cycle counts, exception reports, and audits as directed, in order to ensure successful control over Al-Hajery?s Inventory, in line with set Policies & Procedures.Policies and Procedures? Implement the Department?s set policies and procedures and comply with the Mohamed Naser Al ? Hajery & Sons other policies.Inventory Controller ActivitiesMaintain the company?s material and stocked product inventory including stock profiles and stock locations.? Minimize overstocks and removal of obsolete / redundant raw materials to maximize availability of working capital.? Ensure that goods inward / stock control department is well organized and controlled to sufficiently support production and the goals of the business.? Implement improvement processes and systems to reduce inventory, minimize costs and maximize working capital. ? Ensure work orders are correct and fully completed and that all stock have been allocated to the job correctly.? Conduct weekly cycle counts of inventory materials based upon computer-monitored suggested re-order listing and assist in conducting complete physical inventory count annually (or as requested).? Operate indoor and heavy duty outdoor forklifts, and other necessary vehicles and equipment, to properly handle materials being received, issued, stocked, and picked.? Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.Produce daily reports to ensure key critical areas of the stock system are controlled and any discrepancies addressed and resolved, as requested from Direct Manager.
