Responsible for providing oversight of all financial aspects of Mohamed Naser Al ? Hajery & Sons, Inventory Operations.˙In addition to implementing and monitoring inventory controls, verifying purchases/expenses and reviewing reported revenues in line with Mohamed Naser Al ? Hajery & Son?s Policies and Procedures.
Implement the Department?s set policies and procedures and comply with the Mohamed Naser Al ? Hajery & Sons other policies.
Responsible to maintain and create Inventory cost according to GAAP rules.
Control analyzes and report Inventory Costs results and source to settle variances on a monthly basis to business partners by providing high level commentary and estimates for recurring events to stakeholders.
Review and ensure accurate Inventory cost data is reported per Department in monthly cost, sales and inventory consolidation report.
Work closely with the Mohammed Naser Al ? Hajery & Sons Operations Departments on operational, inventory and cost related matters.
Establish and implement cost control system and cost category for each Mohammed Naser Al-Hajery & Sons business unit.
Achieve Inventory Budget objectives by monitoring Inventory expenditure, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions when required.
Evaluate standard costs, determine theoretical cost and selling price, and provide recommendations on cost control for all Mohammed Naser Al Hajery & Sons Inventory.
Protect assets by establishing, monitoring and enforcing internal controls to ensure minimum waste and maximum return on Inventory.
Prepare monthly Inventory reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends relating to all Mohammed Naser Al-Hajery & Sons Inventory.
Supervise stocktaking process in stores, kitchens and Warehouses, and investigate and trace inventory discrepancies.
Ensure proper record keeping of inventories, track and audit all inventory processes.
Oversee preparation of all reports relating to Inventory costing, ensure costs are allocated correctly to each Mohammed Naser Al-Hajery & Sons business unit.
Verify daily outlet void control sheets, control daily complimentary, FOC and business recovery transactions for all Mohammed Naser Al-Hajery & Sons Inventory.
Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.
Prepare and submit reports to the Direct Manager that cover all the Inventory activities within Mohamed Naser Al ? Hajery & Sons, including identification of potential problems and recommendations for corrective action on a regular basis.
