Duties & Responsibilities1.ÿTo plan and schedule installation works on sites to meet the time plan as per company requirements.2.ÿTo supervise the foremen and labor working on site including subcontractors to ensure work is completed as per schedule and according to the client requirements.3.ÿTo prepare & check HVAC designs, identify and define the requirements for the systems for the project.4.ÿTo ensure that quality standards and safety regulations are achieved.5.ÿTo provide solutions to problems that generally rises on site.6.ÿTo submit daily, weekly and monthly reports for to the Department Manager about Installations progress,7.ÿTo meet the clients or their representatives on site / office to facilitate completion of work as per standards, meeting their requirements.8.ÿEnsure maximum service quality to meet customer expectations.9.ÿIdentify corrective and preventive actions and follow up with the implementation, to enhance the operations and increase customer satisfaction.10.ÿTo control material requisition and consumption to the minimum range for effective cost saving purposes.11.ÿTo prepare monthly production report for all the activities on sites including check lists ensuring work is completed as per company standards, policies and procedures.12.ÿVisit and inspect the installation sites to make sure proper services are provided.13.ÿTo provide safety instructions to his team and workers and ensure that they follow safety rules and regulations.14.ÿTo ensure that all Safety PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) are provided to his team and workers and they wear these PPE during doing their work in the site.15.ÿOversee the work of personnel including allocation, training and problem resolution; motivate employees to achieve peak productivity and performance.16.ÿTo update the Job Status Report in the Oracle Data Base.
