Job Description

The Infrastructure Engineer plays a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the IT infrastructure of an organization. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and problem-solving skills to ensure that the infrastructure is robust, efficient, and scalable. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing servers, networks, and storage systems, as well as a strong understanding of cloud technologies. The Infrastructure Engineer will work closely with various teams to support the organizations IT needs and ensure optimal performance of all infrastructure components.Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement scalable and secure IT infrastructure solutions.
  2. Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
  3. Manage and optimize network configurations and security protocols.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve infrastructure-related issues.
  5. Document infrastructure processes and maintain up-to-date records of configurations.
  6. Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions to protect data integrity.
  7. Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance infrastructure capabilities.
  8. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  9. Provide technical support and training to team members and end-users.
  10. Participate in on-call support rotation for infrastructure-related incidents.
