Marine Service AdvisorsWe are seeking high caliber individuals to join our Marine Team as Service Advisors.Job responsibilities?You will be assisting the customers on all their service needs for marine crafts, equipment and accessories.?Timely resolution of complaints.?Document work orders; verify completion with technicians and service team; follow up promptly on any issues, maintain and manage schedules in a timely manner.?Assist relevant stakeholders with follow up calls, during walk-ins, and technician parts requests.?Provide assistance to the service team as and when required.To be successful in this role you will have?Previous experience in a customer facing role with technical service preferably in marine industry. Technical background with exposure to service standards.?Team player with interpersonal, problem solving, organizing and communication skills.?Arabic and English communication skills.A competitive package is on offer.
