As Indirect Retail Executive you will lead the implementation and execution of commercial plans in all retail channels (RRP + CC). Focus on how to showcase RRP portfolio and help in generating more leads by coming up with programs to be implemented in their channels. Your day to day Make sure that our distributor and 3rd party agencies are aware of our vision and helping to implement it in the market Visit the market on daily basis in order to check if all critical metrics are being implemented and met (ie. E-ordering, DTE, RGM etc) Educate all business partners on our RRP portfolio and what is the difference between RRP & CC products Analyze market trends and competition Come up with action plans for business problems they face in their territories Who were looking for You have a college / university degree preferably in Business Administration, Marketing You have minimum 3 years of professional experience in B2B or B2C field sales within FMCG Sales experience in different channels (GT, KA, WS) You have good planning, priority setting, and communication skills. You have excellent command in English and Arabic (both written and spoken). The candidate should be already based in Kuwait with transferable residency visa and a valid driving license (minimum 1 year active driver).
