We are seeking a highly organised and technically proficient Technical Implementation & Service Coordinator to join our team. This role acts as the central hub for our service delivery lifecycle, ensuring seamless coordination between sales, implementation teams, and technical documentation.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the coordination for all wireless and DSL service implementations, collaborating closely with stores, field engineering teams, and the finance department (utilizing Microsoft Dynamics GP).- Manage the full lifecycle of Network Generation Network (NGN) activities, including inter-departmental coordination (via emails/phone calls), troubleshooting, and service deactivation.- Ensure timely service activation by coordinating DSL activation with the Jumpering Team, including necessary Huawei and Ericsson configurations.- Maintain strict follow-up on all pending Work Orders and tasks with the respective Implementation Teams to ensure project timelines are met.- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including necessary drawings (e.g., Visio), diagrams, tables, and supporting calculations.- Manage and update technical records for the Company’s rooms in MOC exchanges, including Visio drawings, network configuration backups, and Exchange Power System documentation.- Verify and validate network configurations across various components, including switches, routers, voice systems, and firewalls to ensure compliance and stability.- Generate periodic CRM reports (utilizing Salesforce) to provide clear insights into Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and team performance.Required Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a closely related technical field.- Proven experience in an ICT, Telecommunications, or Implementation Coordination role.- Strong working knowledge of telecom technologies (e.g., NGN, DSL, Wireless Services, Power Systems).- Good understanding of core network components (switches, routers, firewalls, voice systems).- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and Visio for data analysis and technical drawing.- Solid understanding of CRM concepts and experience with platforms like Salesforce is highly preferred.- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics GP is a significant advantage.- Exceptional communication, coordination, project follow-up, and organizational skills.
