Requirements:• 3–5 years of experience in IT Systems & Support.• Hands-on experience with:o Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint)o VMware vSphere (6.7/7.x/8.x)o Veeam Backup & Replicationo Enterprise storage solutions (SAN/NAS)• Strong understanding of Windows Server environments and core network services.• Should have Kuwait Driving License.• Excellent documentation and communication abilities.• Able to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
