Maintain and repair all HVAC equipment and components to manufacturer recommendation, i.e., valves, motors, belts, bearings, filters, and lubrications etc.
Inform to foreman if find any abnormality.
Basic awareness of equipment management controls.
Awareness of cooling tower operations and repair potential problems.
Must be able to service, repair and replace refrigeration systems including split systems, chillers, etc.
Capable of solving problems individually.
Undertake a daily routine involving the physical checking of the property heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning units.
Undertake a weekly routine by checking the operational load on each component of the equipment such as the compressor and fan motor to identify any abnormality.
Carry out preventive maintenance on all heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning equipment
