Job Description

Supervising Projects sites and technical teams.

  1. Implementation of the financial, technical and administrative policies set by the administration.
  2. Participate in setting policies related to installation contracts in terms of specifications, contract prices and materials cost prices.
  3. Participate in scheduling for the Execution of contracts in coordination with the Foremen and the Service Center.
  4. Daily follow-up to the performance of technical teams and subcontractors at the sites to ensure the quality of work and speed of progress.
  5. Communicate with customers on a daily basis and inform them of the Project progress.
  6. Coordination with the engineering Consulting office or the clients contractors to overcome any obstacles that may arise during work.
  7. Preparing a detailed report periodically on each contract and reviewing its performance (material spent - number of working hours - level of achievement - customer satisfaction - nature of problems and obstacles on the site ... etc.) to evaluate it in terms of profitability.
  8. Ensuring the validity of the materials spent on contracts and their conformity with the approved technical specifications.
  9. Ensuring the Safety of labor during execution.
  10. Daily presence at sites and supervision of workers and subcontractors to ensure correct performance and conformity with work specifications.
  11. Ensure that we obtain materials at competitive prices and constantly search for alternatives that can be installed in the sites, in addition to the periodic survey of the market to obtain the lowest prices.
  12. Ensuring that we obtain subcontractors and daily workers at competitive prices and constantly searching for alternatives to obtain the lowest prices.
  13. Preparing Variation orders that may arise during work, and convincing the customer of its feasibility and importance.
  14. Preparing periodic financial reports that show the cost of materials spent on contracts, and making studies and recommendations based on that that will guide the company in its various projects.
  15. Visiting the sites and making sure that what was spent from the warehouse materials had actually been installed on the site.
  16. Preparing overtime lists for the companys Labor.
  17. Preparing the payments of the subcontractors .
