HVAC EngineerAs a Junior HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible to manage competing priorities for Retail, Anchors, Offices, F&B, and Health Club outlets across the complete project. JD is as follows: * Review HVAC designs covering cooling load calculations, static head calculations, AC unit selection, ductwork sizing, chilled water sizing, diffusers selection and distribution, fan selection, hood sizing, etc. * Monitor the site works quality of the HVAC installations considering complying with the related approved designs and the local and international codes. * Review Plumbing desig ns covering water supply system, drainage system, gas system, water heater selection, grease interceptor selection, etc. * Overview the site works quality of the plumbing installations considering complying with the related approved designs and the local and international codes. * Review Fire Fighting designs covering pipe sizing, sprinklers distribution, hoods fire suppression system, gas detection system, etc. * Overview the site works quality of the fire protection installations considering complying with the related approved designs and the local and international codes. * Review Electrical & Low Voltage designs covering lighting and power systems, D.B. schedule and power schematic, emergency lighting, fire alarm, low voltage systems, etc. * Overview the site works quality of the electrical and low voltage installations considering complying with the related approved designs and the local and international codes. * Liaise with the other RDD units for the services progress and quality issues for assigned projects. * Ensure all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied with and in conformity with Property Guidelines, Particular Specifications, General Specifications and Shop Drawings. * Maintain complete confidentiality of all sensitive matters relating to the business in general and RDD Department.Skills* Architectural background and a sense of design and style is necessary - in a retail context. * Proficient in related management programmes/ software. * Must have excellent organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Must have a strong sense of ownership to deliver department objectives and pursue professional developmentEducationEngineering Job Location Al Kuwait, Kuwait Job Role Engineering Years of Experience Min: 3 Max: 6 Residence Location Kuwait
