Job SummaryOur client is looking for a Human Resources Recruiter to play the following roles...???????

  • Manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.).
  • Create and publish job ads in various portals
  • Reviews employment applications and background check reports.
  • Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities
  • Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees.
  • Review and mange Headcount with the line manager , and submit weekly and monthly reports
  • Develops a pool of qualified candidates in advance if need
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
  • Reports on quarterly and annual hiring plans
  • Reports on hiring progress weekly and monthly.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in IT field .
  • human resource diploma or certificate is preferable
  • Very Good in English.
  • 1-3 years of experience.
  • Bachelor degree in business administration or any related field
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good in using social media specially linked in.
  • Very Good in using Microsoft office
  • Familiar with recruitment metrics
