  1. HR Role
  • Make the process of the Recruitment plan for recruit the qualified staff?.
  • following up Manpower outsourcing projects.
  • Make performance appraisal for the employees .
  • Make work force planning .
  • Full knowledge of Kuwait labor law.
  • Make job description for each position .
  • Make organizing staff files.
  • following Training and development process.
  • Conduct the induction for the new joiner.
  • ensure that all the team got the proper training Employee Self Service (ESS) .
  • Developing the HR policy & procedure .
  1. Administrative Role
  • Ensure all employees are holding company?residency, and its renewed at the right time.
  • Manage payroll process to be sent on time to finance Dept.
  • following up personal tasks .
