Bader Sultan Group is a diversified group of Companies working in the oil and gas field, Medical Equipment, Insurance, and Contracting.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a qualified HR Generalist with proven experience in recruitment, performance management, payroll administration, and employee onboarding.Key Responsibilities include:• Recruitment and onboarding• Performance management and grading structures• Payroll processing• Employee relations and HR policies• Leave and attendance management• HR reporting and record maintenance• Ensuring full compliance with Kuwait Labor Law• Supporting training and development initiativesQualifications- Bachelors degree in human resources or related field, (graduates of foreign/international universities preferred)- Proven experience as a Human Resources Generalist- Excellent knowledge of employment contracts, Kuwait labor laws, and other HR-related laws and regulations- Hands-on experience with HR software and HR metrics- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Demonstrated ability to handle employee issues confidentially and with discretion- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment- Fluency in English and Arabic languages- Certification in Human Resources Management is a plus
