1- Works with company management to establish a general HSE / NORM Safety budget to appropriately forecast expenses associated with compliance.2- Overall Management and enforcement of Radiation Protection Plans at all facilities and job sites.3-Establishes site-specific business continuity and disaster recovery plans for each site, including Emergency Response planning, emergency equipment shutoff, power drops, HAZMAT, and chemical spill.
