Job Description

Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Officer with a strong focus on recruitment to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling a large volume of manpower recruitment efficiently and effectively. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and onboarding. The HR Officer will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of positions with qualified candidates.Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various positions within the organization, from job posting to onboarding.
  2. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates, utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  3. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.
  4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and interviewers.
  5. Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates as required.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
  7. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect job requirements and responsibilities.
  8. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including interview training and feedback.
  9. Participate in career fairs, campus recruitment events, and other outreach activities to promote the organization and attract top talent.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and employment.
