HR Officer (Must be Available for Immediate Start)American International University, Kuwait for immediate startAmerican International University (AIU) is looking for a dynamic and engaged full-time HR Officer to become a member of our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will already possess experience in the HR Department and will also be ready and willing to learn with our fast-paced team.Responsibilities of HR Officer

  • Become an active collaborator in the domain faculty/staff recruitment, orientation and retention
  • Maintain employee records and information systems
  • Employee relations, compensation and benefits administration
  • Performance management benefits administration
  • immigration services international staff housing policy development, organizational development and training
  • employee-related documentation, compliance and reporting
  • Other duties as assigned by the HR Manager
Qualifications for HR Officer
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Excellent ability to speak, read, and write English at a professional level
  • Must be highly organized and capable of handling multiple caseloads
  • Strong communication skills is an added advantage
  • The ability to work with a diverse group of staff
  • Proven ability to work independently
