HR OfficerJob Location : KuwaitRequirements:•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.•Professional HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, CHRP) are an advantage.•Minimum of 5 years Experience of HR experience, specifically in employee relations and payroll administration.•Hands-on experience with HR systems and payroll software.•Experience in handling employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary cases.•Strong understanding of payroll processes, including salary preparation, overtime, leave management, and statutory deductions.•Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal).•Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of HRIS/ERP systems is a plus.•Fluency in English & Arabic
