Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management/Human Resource Development/ Business Management/ equivalent and minimum 10 years of human resource experience.
Fully knowledgeable and familiar with Kuwait Employment & Labour Ordinances and associated laws.
Wide knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines.
