Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR practices and processes, ensuring a positive and productive workplace. This role includes developing and implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment and selection processes, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with the company?s objectives.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with the labor laws and regulations, maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Design and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.
  • Foster a positive work environment and culture, promoting employee engagement and retention.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
