A leading Luxury Fashion & Jewellery Retailer in Kuwait is looking to recruit a HR Internal Communications SpecialistKey Responsibilities1.Handle internal communications to communicate deadlines and initiatives to employees effectively2.Act as a spokesperson for [Company]?s HR leadership team3.Create communication strategies to enhance employee engagement4.Work closely with our leadership team to help employees understand our company?s objectives5.Respond to employee inquiries and address any issues they may be experiencing to help maintain positive employee relations6.Write and edit content for internal employee communications, such as memos and newsletters7.Keep employees updated on important news, events, and deadlines terms of any news in the company using reels and Instagram instead of newsletter,8.Prepare events calendar and work on it. Plan and organize internal events9.Handling all employee?s enquiries, exit interviews and investigations when required.
