Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programsincluding but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; recognition, occupational health and safety; and training and development.
Initiate the recruitment process and ensure the cycle is applied in line with the recruitment policy and manpower plan.
Update HRIS system with employee records of new hire information and/or changes in employment status.
Perform payroll processing including benefit, deductions audits and employee resignations/terminations EOS.
Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms and review sessions.
Develop and maintain job descriptions and perform job evaluations and analyses.
Conduct and analyze compensation surveys and bench marketing exercise.
Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
Prepare MIS reports such as costing, turnover and HR budget reports.
Administer health and life insurance programs.
Responsible for employee and labor relations service and all related tasks such as maintain records for new residency, track renewal, and transfers.
Maintain and organize the company contracts and license.
Manage the PRO/Messengers in the performance of their daily duties.
Process employees? queries and respond in a timely manner.
Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation.
