Education:University degree or Diploma in Business administration or HR.Certification: HRBP by HRCI, CP/ SCP by SHRM is preferable.Experience:3-5 years in a similar role.Specific Knowledge & SkillsERP systems & processesHR policies & proceduresLocal labor laws & govt. regulationsProficient in MS Office applicationsVery good command of English & Arabic language, written and orally.
Address employee queries & resolve complaints or issues related to HR in coordination with HRBP.
Coordinate and conduct induction/orientation to new employees.
Assist the employees to access to their ESS when required or any other issues.
Arrange and communicate with the employees to obtain required official documents from Group HR head office & vice versa.
Encode and check the sick leave reports received from various sections; if there is any discrepancy, to coordinate to the line/approval manager.
Review, check & confirm employee attendance for payroll preparation.
Prepare and make logistic arrangement including flights reservations, hotel and vehicle booking accordingly.
Organize the orientation schedule for new joining staff in the division.
Maintain and update organizational chart & job descriptions.
Organize the filling system and manage documentation in both hard and electronic format as required.
Responsible to check on mandatory approvals & process further benefit requests application (company mobile/vehicle etc.) & follow up to ensure employees receive the same.
Coordinate with Total Rewards team to carry out performance appraisal & collect PA evaluation results for all the employees working under business units as per the PA process & cycle.
Prepare & submit the various monthly reports to HRBP for review & action.
Distribute official letters, bills etc. to employees or concern managers for approvals/acknowledgment and to share updated information.
Gather required information/report from department?s involved regarding investigation process & submit to HRBP.
Assist HRBP and carry out any other tasks assigned.
