Housekeeping OfficerJob Location : KuwaitKey Responsibilities :?Evaluate the current service level and create new enhancement plans related to the cleaning issues, environmental issues, and recycling of wastes.?Create and implement policies and procedures as per the company standards regarding any issues related to the cleaning and waste management. Study and enhance the cleaning and waste management manual.?Effectively manage record, inspect vendor schedules and staffing plans and keep a record of all cleaning materials Execute and update the annual and weekly cleaning plans as per agreed standards.?Oversee, validate and make recommendations to manpower shift schedules as submitted by the vendor from time to time. Manpower plan of the cleaning staff must meet the requirements of business tower and luxury center.?Investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment, and take corrective action.?Create and implement the waste management system in the business tower and the shopping center.?Prepare and implement the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for the cleaning and waste management vendor/sJob Details :?Requirement open for Indian nationals.?Bachelors degree holder.?Male candidates.?6+ years of experience in Housekeeping.?Cleaning services experience as a Housekeeping Officer or similar role in Real Estate industry or Luxury hotels?Additional certifications or courses in related areas, including workplace health and safety ? preferred.?Effective communication and Interpersonal skills
