The successful candidate should have 6+ years? experience within HR/Recruitment and a minimum of 3 years in-house recruitment, being able to demonstrate working on high-volume. You should have a proven track record of excellent leadership skills as well as effective communication and team-building skills. As the Head of Recruitment, you should demonstrate a strong commitment to personal learning and development, acting as a brand ambassador.As a senior member within the recruitment team, you will have the ability to communicate professionally with high-level executives whilst promoting excellent organisational and time management skills. Due to the nature of this role, written and spoken English communication skills should be immaculate and although it is not essential it is advantageous that you also speak Arabic.
